You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote and sell SaaS-based software solutions. Your main duties will include identifying and qualifying leads through cold calling, understanding customer needs, and updating CRM records with customer interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to schedule product demos and meetings, with the ultimate goal of achieving and surpassing monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Your role will also involve handling objections, providing solutions to potential clients, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. To qualify for this position, you should have 3-4 years of experience in business development, specifically in SaaS-based software sales. Strong expertise in cold calling and lead generation is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. The ability to effectively manage customer objections and negotiate will be crucial in this role. Experience with CRM tools would be advantageous, and immediate availability to join the team is required.,
