Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts to maintain the highest levels of software quality and reliability. - Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve defects promptly. - Conducting manual testing, particularly for edge cases or exploratory scenarios. - Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects to resolution. - Working closely with the product team to verify product requirements and ensure they are met. - Continuously improving the automation framework and keeping it updated with the latest technologies and best practices. - Participating in code reviews to ensure testability and incorporate automation into the development process. Skills required for this role include: - 2 to 6 years of experience in software testing, focusing on both manual and automation testing. - Strong understanding of programming concepts and proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or TestNG. - Ability to design and execute test cases, interpret requirements and acceptance criteria, and generate test data as necessary. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. - Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools such as GITLab, Azure Devops. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
