Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Analyst to support Accounts Payable operations. The role involves AP invoice processing, vendor query handling, GR-IR reconciliation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The candidate should ensure accuracy, compliance with policies, and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

AP invoice processing, indexing, and validation

Handling vendor and client queries via email/phone

Preparing GR-IR and AP-related reports

Ensuring correct approvals and coding as per policies

Coordinating with Buyers and internal teams for exceptions

Working on SAP ERP and maintaining AP records

Meeting SLAs and tight deadlines

Mandatory Skills:

3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / BPO Finance

Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work independently and handle stakeholder communication

Qualification:

Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
