Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of collection executives.
  • Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
  • Make and supervise recovery calls for overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate repayments and handle escalated cases.
  • Ensure daily updates in CRM or loan management systems.
  • Generate reports and track collection performance.
  • Train and guide team members on recovery process.
  • Maintain compliance with RBI and company policies.
  • Coordinate with legal/risk teams for escalations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 0–1 years of experience in loan collections.
  • Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and ethical practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in collection software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
