Social Media Marketer (Intern/Executive Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
• Monitor trends, reels, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions
• Collaborate with the design team for creatives, graphics, and videos
• Run basic ad campaigns (Executive level)
• Identify growth opportunities across platforms

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Creative thinking & good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite (Executive level)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for digital marketing and storytelling

Qualifications

• Any graduate or current student (Internship) with relevant certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Hands-on project experience, internships, or a portfolio showcasing social media work
• Background in Graphic Design, Media Production, or Creative Communication as an added advantage

Salary / Stipend

• Intern: ₹5000 - ₹8000
• Executive: ₹20,000 - ₹25000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
