Job Description

Collection Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze delinquent accounts and generate reports to track collection performance and identify trends.
Work closely with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding issues.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth collections processes.
Mentor and train team members, providing guidance and support to improve their performance and productivity.
Develop and implement effective collections strategies and best practices to maximize recovery rates.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze delinquent accounts and generate reports.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of collections strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with financial processes and the legal aspects of debt collection.
Proficiency in using collections management software and tools.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
