Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Collection Manager. The Collection Manager will oversee the collection process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring client accounts, communicating with clients to negotiate repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

Qualifications

Strong skills in developing and implementing collection strategies
Experience in communication and negotiation for repayment plans
Proficiency in maintaining records of collection activities
Ability to analyze and monitor client accounts
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of financial services and payment systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in a collection or credit management role is advantageous
