Job Description

As a Manager Collections at Credit Saison India, you will be responsible for managing the collections process for the allocated pool. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts. - Achieving monthly targets and ensuring that monthly bucket wise resolution targets are met. - Collaborating with other teams including legal/central collections to ensure maximum recoveries. - Maintaining data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, and reviewing collection feedback regularly. - Adhering to Collection Process and Legal guidelines and ensuring that Collections Code of Conduct is followed.,
