Collection Manager - All Products - Pool 1 - Write-off Collections

As a Collections Manager at our organization, your role will involve achieving the collections target in the assigned area while ensuring adherence to SOPs and legal norms as per process and organizational policy. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely deposit of amounts collected from customers in the branch within the specified timeline. - Update feedback from collection activity accurately in the Collection System. - Adhere to the Code of Conduct at all times. - Report service issues to the supervisor in a timely manner. - Follow all related procedures and documentation as applicable. - Complete all training requirements promptly, including annual refreshers, e-learnings, and product refreshers. - Close all customer escalations within the applicable TAT. - Maintain and update the legal MIS in a timely manner. - Build and maintain relations with law enforcement agencies and courts for effective recovery of dues in the region. - Implement legal tools promptly as required. - Ensure proper documentation of all case files related to foreclosure and compliance with procedures and processes. - Manage all accounts to meet defined timelines, with appropriate approvals in place. - Provide continuous feedback to the local Credit team. - Document foreclosure files as per checklist. - Assign foreclosure accounts for actions under relevant policies and regulations in a timely manner. - Maintain stock of property as per applicable processes. - Generate periodic Asset verification reports. - Update records promptly for any accountholder's change of contact details. - Achieve targeted results through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Conduct periodic Collection Agency Audits. - Ensure adequate control over Agency performance, including recruitment and training of field collectors, and managing agency and field collector productivity.
