Role Description

The Collection Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The responsibilities include managing credit control processes, executing debt recovery strategies, resolving payment discrepancies, and building effective communication with clients to ensure timely payment collection. The role also involves analyzing financial data to forecast and reduce credit risks while maintaining records of all collection activities and reports in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
Excellent Communication skills to handle client interactions effectively
Proven Analytical Skills to monitor and assess financial and credit data
Basic understanding of Finance and financial reporting
Ability to work independently and address challenges assertively
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records
