Collection Agent

Talent PSC Academy is a premier educational institution in Kerala, dedicated to empowering aspirants to excel in kpsc examinations. With over 15 years of proven excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a collection agent to support our publication wing by recover overdue payments by contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and resolving disputes.

• Contact debtors: Reach out to shops with outstanding debts directly to discuss and collect payments.
• Negotiate payment plans: Work with debtors to create and agree upon realistic payment schedules.
• Resolve disputes: Address customer questions and disputes regarding their accounts.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate and detailed logs of all collection activities, customer interactions, and payments processed.
• Verify debt: Ensure the accuracy of the debt information
• Travel throughout Kerala to visit various retail locations, facilitate the collection of outstanding payments, and secure new orders for our publications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
