Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Agent at Si Creva Capital Services Pvt Ltd, located in Ahmedabad. The Collection Agent will be responsible for daily debt collection activities, including contacting customers to remind them of due payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their queries related to payments and collections. The Collection Agent will also be responsible for cash collection and ensuring timely deposit of collected amounts. Qualifications Strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or business are advantageous Show more Show less
