Role: Team Leaders (TL) Only for Collection (Experience NBFC & Fintech) Location - entire Telangana, (Sangareddy, Warangal, Suryapet, nalgonda and Nizamabad) Salary - 20K to 30K * Experience always 3+ Years Should experience of field in recovery process (Unsecured) * Should experience of team handling of field team at least 10+ FOS. Tracing & due- diligence experience of customers. * Good Communication Skills Required (Fluent English) * Computer Knowledge must (Excel/ Word- Mandatory) Assignment of default account to Team for field. Resolve the FOS & Client query. High Value Case self-follow up. Mail-Reminder to Customer's & resolve RBI escalation on mail. Reporting MIS to be published to team and management.
