Cold Calling Expert

This role is for someone who thrives on communication, understands the art of persuasion, and can confidently convert cold prospects into warm leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  daily high-volume outbound calls

  to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Engage with decision-makers to

  pitch Student Diwan’s LMS+ERP

  and identify their needs.

• Generate and qualify leads

  , and schedule product demos for the sales team.
• Track and manage all outreach in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested prospects to

  nurture relationships and close appointments

  .
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve call scripts, pitch decks, and strategy.
• Meet and exceed weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and booked demos.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales

  (preferably B2B).
• Excellent

  verbal communication, listening, and objection-handling

  skills.
• Ability to

  build rapport quickly

  and tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and

  experience using CRM or lead tracking tools

  .
• Self-motivated, confident, and

  target-driven

  with a passion for results.
• Experience in the

  education or SaaS industry

  is a strong advantage.
