Job Description: As a US Cold Caller at DigiRocket Technologies in Gurugram, your main responsibility will be making cold calls to potential clients with the aim of generating leads and securing appointments for the sales team. In this full-time on-site role, you will play a crucial part in gathering information and providing valuable feedback to enhance our sales strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong sales and negotiation abilities. You must be able to handle rejection professionally and effectively overcome objections during cold calls. Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred, as well as familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools. While a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field will be considered a plus.
