Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller (Remote). The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Karepoint's medical billing services, and setting appointments for follow-up discussions. Daily tasks include maintaining a call log, following scripted call protocols, handling client inquiries, and updating lead information in the CRM. The Cold Caller will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
