Coach

The role of Coach at our company is a full-time on-site position based in pan India. As a Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting sports teams in order to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Your daily tasks will include conducting one-on-one sessions, developing coaching plans, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records and stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and methodologies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or a related field is required. You must be able to design and implement effective coaching plans, maintain detailed records, and track progress effectively. Knowledge of current coaching techniques and methodologies is essential. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial. While not mandatory, a relevant certification in coaching or related fields is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field would be beneficial for this position.
