Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Co-Founder with investment responsibilities at YACBI. We are looking for partner to support and contribute Yacbi for expansion in new product lines, As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision of the company, contribute to key business decisions, and collaborate with the team to drive growth and expansion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing market opportunities, conducting research, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, you can also bring investment and financial resources to support the company's development.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate business opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and business growth
• Proficiency in Research to identify new trends, opportunities, and market insights
• Proven leadership capabilities and entrepreneurial mindset
• Financial acumen and willingness to provide investment to further the organization's objectives
• Previous experience in startups or business strategy is a plus
  

Important - This is equity based position, candidate will share profits or losses with other founders as a owner of the company, salary is not applicable now.
Time investment - Candidate need to manage 2-3 hours in week for management meetings. No in-hand work only decision making as it's management role, tasks will be handled by dedicated teams.
