Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, with some work-from-home flexibility. As Co-founder with investment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, developing business growth strategies, establishing and maintaining partnerships, and overseeing the execution of sales and marketing initiatives. You will also play an active role in financial decision-making, ensuring business sustainability and profitability. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to drive market research and identify emerging opportunities. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making and market trend analysis Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster partnerships and lead teams effectively Proficiency in sales and marketing to create and implement strategies that generate revenue and enhance brand presence Research acumen to identify new opportunities and trends in the food industry Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset Willingness and ability to invest in the business Experience in the food or spices industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
