About Softmire Tech Solutions Softmire Tech Solutions is a young, fast-evolving technology and consulting startup. We build and deliver services across Investment Products, Job Mentorship Programs, Fund Raising, Digital Marketing, and IT Projects such as Website & Application Development . As our first hire , you’ll work directly with the founders and shape how the business grows from zero to scale. Role Overview We’re seeking a Growth & Business Development Lead who can independently own the entire business-growth function—from lead generation and marketing to sales, partnerships, and basic project coordination. This is a solo, high-ownership position requiring initiative, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution with minimal guidance. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition The role includes achieving defined monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned service lines, with performance-linked incentives and reviews structured to ensure balanced value creation for the customer, the employee, and the company. Identify and convert opportunities across Investment, Mentorship, Digital Marketing, and IT service verticals. Manage the complete sales funnel: prospecting → pitching → closing → retention. Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts. Marketing & Outreach Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns (social, email, and webinars). Manage brand presence and messaging across online channels. Track marketing metrics and conversion efficiency. Fund Raising & Partnership Development Research potential investors and strategic partners. Prepare investor decks and fundraising collateral. Support the founders during partner or investor meetings. IT Project Coordination Liaise between clients and internal/outsourced tech teams for website or app projects. Ensure client requirements, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks are met. Reporting & Analytics Maintain dashboards of leads, revenue pipeline, and campaign performance. Present concise weekly reports to the founders. Required Skills & Attributes Proven record of independent business-development success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Working knowledge of digital-marketing concepts and CRM tools. Basic understanding of web/app project lifecycles. Self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and delivers results without supervision. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in business-development or sales roles within IT, consulting, or digital-services sectors.
