Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Co-founder with an investment role. The Co-founder will work collaboratively to develop and implement business strategies, oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and manage relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing initiatives, conducting thorough research, utilizing analytical insights to make data-driven decisions, and ensuring efficient communication within the team and with external partners. Active involvement in fundraising initiatives and investment planning is also required.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for strategic planning and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills including presentation abilities and stakeholder management
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of driving business growth
• Proficiency in conducting Research to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation
• Proactive leadership and business acumen
• Prior experience in a business development, entrepreneurial, or co-founding role is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate resilience in a high-paced environment
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
