Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder with investment of 20-30 lakh with equity 20%, based in Noida. The Co-founder will be responsible for strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, and driving the company’s vision and mission forward. Other duties include managing company resources, collaborating with the executive team, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and making critical business decisions to support the growth and profitability of Homeday.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven Sales and Marketing capabilities
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in the home and health services industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
