Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Co-founder with Investment at Swarnika Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategy. Key responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying and securing business opportunities, leading marketing and sales initiatives, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You will also collaborate closely with other stakeholders to align operations with company goals and ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to gather, interpret, and act on data to make informed business decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate strategic ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing activities to drive revenue generation and client acquisition
• Experience in conducting in-depth Research to identify market opportunities and trends
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and entrepreneurial mindset to manage responsibilities as a co-founder
• Investment capacity to contribute financially to business growth
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry or prior experience in the sector is a significant advantage
