Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing party events, coordinating with multiple venues to secure the best deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring the satisfaction of party requirements. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, negotiating with vendors, finalizing bookings, and overseeing event logistics. The role involves working closely with our marketing team to promote services and expand client base.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Vendor Negotiation and Contract Finalization skills
• Marketing and Promotion skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
