We focus on emotionally engaging experiences, blending humor, narrative depth, and smart monetization. Our first mobile title (Ink Rush) is live with 3K+ downloads, and our flagship PC game (Misadventures of Chuckles) is in development. Selected for the STPI Octane Game Development Incubator, we’re on a mission to create original IPs that entertain, connect communities, and scale globally.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Co-Founder. The Business Co-Founder will be responsible for key strategic decision-making, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing business development, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. This role involves collaborative leadership, innovation in business strategies, and driving the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Strategic Decision-Making skills
• Business Development and Stakeholder Management experience
• Operational Management and Process Optimization expertise
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead diverse teams
• Experience in the technology or interactive space is a plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ready to invest capital for equity
