Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Churu, with some work from home acceptable. As a Co-founder with investment at Hyper Solar Energy LLP, you will be involved in strategic decision-making, driving sales and marketing efforts, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will conduct market research, develop business plans, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to enhance company growth and ensure long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
• Sales and Marketing experience to drive company growth
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
