Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include developing and executing business strategies, conducting market research, managing client negotiations, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align on business objectives and deliver results. Qualifications Business development, sales, and relationship management skills Experience in creating and executing business strategies and conducting market research Strong negotiation and proposal development abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools like Microsoft Office Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
