We provide bulk orders, private label options, and distribution opportunities for our products.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder with Investment, implying that the role is located in Roorkee but some work from home is acceptable. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, leading sales and marketing efforts, and driving business growth. The Co-Founder will also be involved in strategic decision-making, conducting market research, and building relationships with stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills for data-driven decision making and strategy development
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders and team members
• Experience in sales and marketing to drive business growth and brand awareness
• Proficiency in conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Background in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
