Role: Co-Founder

We are looking for a visionary leader with:

MBA (Marketing/Branding/Fashion Management preferred)

building, scaling, or leading fashion brands or startups

fashion business models, manufacturing, e-commerce, branding, and marketing

fundraising, brand growth, and operations

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead overall business strategy, branding, and operations with founders

marketing, product development, and sales channels

✔️ Build and manage high-performing teams across functions

fundraising strategies, investor relations, and pitch decks

✔️ Develop brand positioning, community building, and customer loyalty initiatives

✔️ Ensure financial discipline, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth

What We Offer

Profit Sharing (3–7%) + ESOPs

MBA
