Fashion Merchandising Internship

About Us:

Shoppystyle is a digital-first streetwear fashion brand that celebrates self-expression for India’s youth. Co-founded by Manoranjan Singh and Shilpa Maurya, we’re building a movement around bold fashion, Gen Z culture, and storytelling through street style.

Role: Fashion Merchandising Intern

🕒 Duration: 6 Months

💻 Mode: Remote

🧾 Stipend: Unpaid Internship

🎓 Certificate + Letter of Recommendation (LOR) + Performance-based Incentives Provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning seasonal and theme-based collections
• Curate product assortments based on trends, audience insights, and platform analytics
• Work with the design team to ensure alignment between trends, brand tone, and commercial viability
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product updates and cataloging
• Track inventory levels, product performance, and recommend reorders or markdowns
• Analyze competitor brands and emerging fashion trends for data-driven decision-making
• Support cataloging and listing of products on Shoppystyle’s website and marketplaces (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart)

Ideal Candidate:

• Students/freshers from Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or Apparel Management background
• Strong eye for fashion trends, color combinations, and Gen Z styles
• Basic understanding of fashion sourcing, eCommerce catalogs, and SKU management
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Pinterest
• Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and good with timelines
• Committed to exclusive internship (no side internships/projects during this period)
