Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:

  Create original artwork and silhouette concepts for t-shirts, caps, and accessories. Develop mood boards and color palettes inspired by our aircraft and engineering processes.

• Sourcing & Production:

  Identify and vet suppliers for fabrics and manufacturing. Manage the sampling process to ensure quality standards are met.

• Inventory & Planning:

  Assist in planning the product mix (SKUs, sizing ratios) based on market research and budget.

• Marketing Collateral:

  Collaborate with the visual design team to create lookbooks and promotional assets for the merchandise launch.

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate from NIFT, NID, or a top design school.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and printing techniques (screen print, puff, embroidery, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is key).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a budget and meet deadlines.
