Role Description

The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site leadership position located in India. As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate on defining the organization's strategy, leading key business operations, and driving growth. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, building partnerships, and developing new initiatives to advance the institution's mission. Additionally, you will play a central role in mentoring team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality skill development and counseling programs.
