Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site leadership position located in India. As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate on defining the organization's strategy, leading key business operations, and driving growth. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, building partnerships, and developing new initiatives to advance the institution's mission. Additionally, you will play a central role in mentoring team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality skill development and counseling programs. Qualifications Strategic leadership, decision-making, and organizational management skills Strong understanding of intellectual assessments, counseling techniques, and personal growth programs Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal abilities Experience in business development, partnership building, and stakeholder management Capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education and individual development Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus Proven experience in business leadership, education, or skill development domains
