Role Overview: - Join a fintech startup specializing in innovative products in the zero-cost lending sector - Operate in stealth mode with early institutional capital support - Oversee Product and Operations as a Co-Founder - Spearhead product strategy and operational implementation of a cutting-edge lending platform - Define product roadmap, foster customer adoption, and construct scalable operational procedures Key Responsibilities: - Set and lead product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy - Collaborate with technical and business teams on product development - Conduct customer research, map user journeys, and engage in iterative product development - Establish and expand operational workflows from customer onboarding to loan disbursements, collections, and partner integrations - Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, establish risk, compliance, and service delivery processes - Recruit and lead a diverse team of product, operations, and customer success professionals Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, operations, or strategy, preferably in fintech or lending - Track record of successfully launching products with strong user empathy and precise execution - Background in prestigious educational institutions like IITs, IIMs, ISB, or equivalent preferred - Entrepreneurial mindset, high tolerance for ambiguity, willingness to take calculated risks - Co-Founding role with substantial compensation package heavily based on equity,
