To make performance marketing as easy as posting on Instagram — giving every small business the power to launch and manage campaigns across top platforms without relying on agencies or middlemen.

To become the go-to growth engine for 10M+ SMB's globally where any shop, brand, or seller can plug in, run promotions, and grow like the big players.

We’re still early stage — no salaries, no funding (yet)

But if you want to co-own and co-build something meaningful from the ground up, with equity and decision-making power, this is it.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend architecture for Optim
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure, APIs, and databases
• Collaborate with the founding team to prioritize features and ship fast
• Implement analytics, dashboards, and basic automation systems
• (Bonus) Explore ML integrations for campaign optimisation
• Own the tech roadmap and help shape the product direction

Qualifications

• Experience with backend or full-stack development
• Comfortable working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.), and modern dev stacks
• Startup mindset — you ship fast, test quick, and don’t wait for perfect
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• (Bonus) Familiarity or curiosity in ML, ad tech, or data pipelines

💼 Co-founder title + meaningful equity — no salary until we raise.
