Our mission To make performance marketing as easy as posting on Instagram — giving every small business the power to launch and manage campaigns across top platforms without relying on agencies or middlemen. Our Vision To become the go-to growth engine for 10M+ SMB's globally where any shop, brand, or seller can plug in, run promotions, and grow like the big players. Zero guesswork. Zero gatekeeping. Responsibilities Design and build scalable backend architecture for Optim Set up and manage cloud infrastructure, APIs, and databases Collaborate with the founding team to prioritize features and ship fast Implement analytics, dashboards, and basic automation systems (Bonus) Explore ML integrations for campaign optimisation Own the tech roadmap and help shape the product direction Qualifications Experience with backend or full-stack development Comfortable working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.), and modern dev stacks Startup mindset — you ship fast, test quick, and don’t wait for perfect Strong communication and collaborative skills (Bonus) Familiarity or curiosity in ML, ad tech, or data pipelines Disclaimer 🚫 This is an equity-only role at this stage. 💼 Co-founder title + meaningful equity — no salary until we raise. 👥 We’re not looking for contractors — we’re looking for partners.
