🔧 Co‑Founder Opportunity: IoT & Embedded Systems Expert 🔧 We’re an early‑stage deep‑tech R&D venture seeking a hardware co‑founder to lead sensor and connectivity development from prototype to field trials. Your Mission • Architect and prototype embedded sensor nodes with microcontrollers and interfaces • Design and iterate PCBs integrating environmental and motion sensors • Develop enclosures and power‑management solutions for field resilience • Implement wireless connectivity (LoRa, BLE, cellular) and on‑device data processing • Source components, manage small‑batch fabrication, and coordinate with vendors • Conduct outdoor tests, gather real‑world performance data, and drive iterative improvements Must‑Have Skills • Embedded firmware development (C/C++ on ESP32, STM32, or Arduino) • PCB design and hands‑on prototyping (Altium, KiCad, soldering skills) • Sensor interface experience and signal conditioning • Wireless protocol expertise (LoRa, BLE, NB‑IoT, etc.) • Resourceful, self‑driven, and comfortable with early‑stage R&D ambiguity What You’ll Get • Founder equity and co‑ownership stake • Full ownership of the hardware roadmap and R&D direction • Rapid decision‑making environment with real impact Ready to drive the next generation of connected systems?
