Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, located in Hyderabad. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing daily business operations, and ensuring the alignment of the company’s mission and vision. Key tasks will include developing and implementing business plans, conducting market research, leading marketing and sales strategies, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The Co-Founder will also play a vital role in building and leading a high-performing team to achieve the company's growth objectives.

• Effective Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
• Experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and innovative approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
