About the Role

CTO Co-Founder

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the company’s platform (web/mobile).
• Architect scalable, secure, high-performance systems.
• Build and manage the engineering team as the company grows.
• Develop and iterate the product roadmap in collaboration with the founding team.
• Oversee coding standards, DevOps pipelines, testing, security, and deployment workflows.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies aligned with company goals (AI, Cloud, etc.).
• Make strategic tech decisions that support long-term business goals.
• Serve as a representative of the tech vision to investors and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle product and app development.
• Expertise in backend, frontend, databases, cloud, and system design.
• Strong understanding of product architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Passion towards building and scaling a Tech/Deep-Tech startup.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to take risks and drive innovation.
• Ability to invest financially (seed-level commitment) in exchange for equity.
• Vision to build long-term and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth company workflows.
• Lead product scaling strategies and implement growth frameworks.
• Develop and execute marketing, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and partnership development.
• Analyze metrics, improve processes, and optimize overall business performance.
• Work closely with the CEO and CTO to align strategy, product, and operations.
• Lead business strategy, market research, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Represent the business side of the startup to partners, clients, and investors.

Requirements

• Strong background in operations, product scaling, strategy, and marketing.
• Experience in managing teams, processes, and business growth activities.
• Understanding of tech/startup ecosystems and scaling digital products.
• Vision-driven personality with a long-term entrepreneurial mindset.
