It provides a self-paced e-learning platform, with plans to launch on-site learning centers across India. Compedu envisions offering modern, interactive, and engaging educational platforms to cater to learners both nationally and globally. The institute is dedicated to redefining education with innovative approaches to learning and accessibility.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Patna. The Co-Founder will oversee strategic decision-making, organizational development, partnership building, and the design and implementation of initiatives to grow and scale Compedu. Responsibilities include working closely with key stakeholders, developing innovative strategies, managing team functions, and ensuring quality in both e-learning and on-site educational offerings.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research skills to develop data-driven strategies and solve complex problems
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, partners, and team members
Proven experience in sales and marketing to promote educational platforms and services
Leadership qualities and entrepreneurial mindset to support the growth and vision of the organization
A background in education, technology, or business development is a strong advantage
Commitment to driving innovation and accessibility in education
