🚀 Co-Founder Opportunity – HUMMA (Farm-Fresh Dairy Brand) About HUMMA: Humma started as a D2C farm-fresh milk startup and has now evolved into a fast-growing retail dairy brand , focused on pure, preservative-free milk and dairy products. We're building a strong presence in the farm-fresh milk segment across Eastern India through B2B and retail distribution. Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic Co-Founder (Operations & Growth) with: Minimum 4+ years of experience in dairy, FMCG, or any relevant manufacturing/supply chain-intensive industry A strong academic background (preferably in Food Tech, Agri, MBA, or Engineering) A clear ambition to become an entrepreneur and build a legacy brand Hands-on experience in plant operations, supply chain, or distribution Your Role: Lead complete operations: procurement, production, QC, logistics, and distributor scale-up Build and lead high-performing teams across verticals Be the face of the company , drive decision-making, execution, and expansion What We Offer: Direct co-founder equity (not ESOPs) Competitive fixed salary and performance-linked growth Ownership and autonomy from day one A chance to scale a high-potential brand in an untapped market This is more than a job.
