As Co-Founder (Fintech & NBFC Operations – India), you will play a key leadership role in building and managing the company’s financial services operations in India. You’ll ensure compliance with Indian government and RBI regulations, develop business models, and establish strong relationships with regulators, investors, and partners.

• Lead and oversee all NBFC-related operations within India, ensuring full compliance with RBI and other government regulations.
• Collaborate with Meta X Market’s global leadership team to establish and implement strategic business plans.
• Develop operational frameworks, licensing processes, and internal control systems aligned with Indian financial standards.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive the development of innovative fintech solutions and partnership models.
• Support fundraising and investor relations activities as part of the leadership team.
• Build and mentor a local operations and compliance team.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in

  Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience

  in NBFC or financial services operations in India.
• Strong knowledge of

  RBI compliance, financial reporting, and NBFC regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in setting up or scaling financial institutions or fintech ventures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
