We are looking for a passionate Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us on this exciting journey, contribute both capital and expertise, and play a key role in scaling the technology and business.

What We're Looking For:

• Technology leader who is hands-on coding minimum 10+ years of experience of working in product development organizations with a proven experience of developing enterprise scale product.
• Mandatory Hands-on expert experience in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures.
• Expert level expertise in coding using Python, Postgre / Sql / Distributed DB’s, React / Next JS, Server Maintenance, Git, Rest API’s. Expected to utilize 25% time on coding / coding related activities
• Willingness to invest capital into the business.
• Ability to architect, develop, and optimize a high-performance mobile and web application.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and real-time analytics is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all technical aspects of the product, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain the different software components.
• Optimize database architecture and real-time data processing for seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the business and marketing teams to align technology with growth goals.
• Drive innovation and ensure the adoption of best practices in software development.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and build data solutions that leverage data quality and anomaly detection best practices.
• Understanding of common container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Container, CI/CD and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing secure cloud architectures in a hyper-scale cloud service provider (AWS, GCP or Azure or OCI)
• Advanced knowledge of common cloud security services and tools such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC Automation and other data security practices.
• Knowledge of blockchain, IoT, Cybersecurity and AI would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
