Chief Operating Officer (Co-Founder Track)

About the Role

This is a high-ownership operating leadership role for someone who wants to help build a fast-growing wealth-tech company from the inside. You will work closely with the founder to drive AUM growth, operations, distribution strategy, and overall business execution.

What You Will Lead

• Scale AUM acquisition across retail, NRIs (especially Gulf countries), and corporate segments
• Build and optimize core operations, execution workflows, and compliance processes
• Strengthen user onboarding, advisory flows, and customer support systems
• Drive distribution strategy—CAs, NRIs, corporates, and B2B channels
• Build processes for acquisition, conversion, and long-term investor engagement
• Work directly with the founder on product decisions, strategic roadmap, and growth initiatives
• Establish scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Ensure smooth coordination across sales, operations, tech, and customer success

Who Should Apply

You’re a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following:

• Mutual Fund Distribution / AMC Sales / Wealth Management / Fintech
• Managing or growing AUM (₹50 crore+ preferred)
• Building B2B channels: NRIs, distributors, corporates, or CAs
• Setting up or running operations in an early-stage or high-growth company
• Leading cross-functional execution with high accountability

And you are someone who:

Compensation

• This is a co-founder role, and compensation will be structured accordingly
• You’ll receive significant equity, with long-term upside tied to scale and success
• Minimal base salary to begin with, reflecting our early-stage but fast-scaling model
• Compensation will grow meaningfully based on Performance and operational outcomes and overall business growth
• Strategic milestones achieved during scale-up
