Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Surat, is for a Customer Relationship Executive (Telecalling Role) at RevenUmf.com. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires active involvement in assisting clients with investments, resolving concerns, and fostering strong business relationships.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in

  telecalling, customer support, or mutual fund sales

• Strong verbal communication skills in

  English, Hindi, Gujarati

• Basic understanding of mutual funds or willingness to learn.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and connect with users who have shown interest or downloaded the RevenUmf app.
• Explain how the platform works and guide them through account setup and investment initiation.
• Assist customers with SIP creation, KYC completion, and investment queries.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads into active investors.
• Provide excellent customer experience and communicate professionally at all times.
