Role Summary:

Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the

  sales strategy

  to acquire early customers and drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage the

  business development pipeline

  – partnerships, alliances, and channels.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify target segments.
• Lead outreach, networking, and

  pitching to potential clients, institutions, and partners

  .
• Represent the startup at industry events, accelerators, and investor meetings (with the CEO).
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align features with customer needs.
• Create pricing models, GTM strategies, and iterate based on market feedback.
• Hire and build a lean sales/growth team over time.
