📌 Key Responsibilities

🧢 Product Development & Curation

• Identify and develop new outdoor protection products (gloves, stoles, hats, sleeves, sun-scarves, UV socks, etc.)
• Explore

  drop shipping, private label sourcing, and white-label collaborations

  for expansion
• Research new materials, trends, and design inspirations aligned with wellness and style
• Collaborate with textile vendors and designers to build innovative and functional product lines

📦 Business Development & Distribution

• Scale beyond Amazon — launch and manage listings on

  Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart, Tata Cliq

  , etc.
• Explore offline tie-ups: boutiques, spas, salons, wellness stores, and airport pop-ups
• Identify

  B2B opportunities

  (lifestyle stores, corporate gifting, wellness partners, hospitals, beauty clinics, etc.)

📈 Strategic Growth & Operations

• Design and implement growth strategies with clear goals, KPIs, and marketing calendars
• Build distribution SOPs for fulfillment, logistics, and warehousing
• Work on onboarding and pitching to investors, strategic partners, and funding bodies

🎯 Branding & Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to:
• Strengthen

  brand storytelling

• Improve content for SEO, Meta, and influencer campaigns
• Launch educational and emotional

  brand reels & awareness campaigns

• Performance marketing
• Align product drops with market trends, seasons, and PR moments (smog season, heat waves, fashion weeks)

💼 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in fashion, wellness, or consumer product brands (bonus if worked with Amazon, Myntra, or D2C brands)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work hands-on in a startup environment
• Sharp eye for design, materials, trends, market need and utility
• Resourceful, with a network in textiles, manufacturing, or distribution channels.
• Ready to hustle with passion — without waiting for salary day
• Ex-founder, product manager, or operator in D2C/fashion/wellness brand
• Hustler mentality – comfortable working with limited resources

💰 Compensation & Equity Package
