Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Arbasia Business Alliance, based in New Delhi with some work from home acceptable. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving business strategies, sales, and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and developing efficient operational processes. Additionally, the Co-Founder will collaborate with internal teams, network with industry professionals, and communicate effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform market research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven Sales and Marketing experience
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Experience in the business solutions industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
