Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Arbasia Business Alliance, based in New Delhi with some work from home acceptable. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving business strategies, sales, and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and developing efficient operational processes. Additionally, the Co-Founder will collaborate with internal teams, network with industry professionals, and communicate effectively to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform market research Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proven Sales and Marketing experience Ability to develop and implement business strategies Leadership and team collaboration skills Experience in the business solutions industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
