Additionally, through our subsidiary, Sanatani Brands we are venturing into the religious and spiritual tech domain with brands like Sanatani Life, Isvara, Yatra Veda and Atma Vani

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in New Delhi. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, driving business growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and leading the team to meet company goals.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Given the focus on diversification into new ventures, Impact is currently looking for a Co-Founder who would take the lead in driving and growing the digital agency business.

Experience Required

• Prior experience of at least 8-10 years working in digital or agency side of the business is a must have for this role
• Proven expertise in team management and leadership skills is a must have.
